This house was originally Number 9 Lavinia Cres, Mangere. When Ama took possession of the house it had already been modified to allow for mobility access (wider doorways, toilet and bathroom joined into one and modified for easier access and access ramps had been built outside).

 

The name refers to the fact that this house had been modified to allow the tenants to have easy access or to be able to have unrestricted access.
